Bad zipper.

I purchased these boots back in September, but because I’m in Texas and the weather has only recently gotten cold, I hadn’t been able to wear them until now. I was excited to finally try them on, but unfortunately I discovered that the zipper is broken. This makes the boots very difficult to wear, and I was disappointed to realize the defect on first use.
I would like to request an exchange or refund, but I was informed that returns require the original packaging, which I’m unable to locate at this time. Given that the item is defective and has not been worn, I’m hoping an exception can be made. I would really appreciate the opportunity to return or exchange these boots for a functioning pair.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Nice Boots

I was a little disappointed at first the color is not as bright red as the picture but then I decided I like the darker red even more. They compliment many of my outfits

Good Looking Boot

I bought my size but it was tight so I had to go up a size. It did not come in 10.5 so I had to go to 11. It fits with socks.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love, Love, Love these wide- calf boots that are true wide-calf. They are classy yet comfortable boots that are well made. I haven’t worn them out yet but tried them on when I received them and walked around in my bedroom. I’m very pleased with this purchase.

Feel too Tight
