Love the boots....except for one thing......

I splurged and bought my first pair of real leather boots. After lots of research I decided these boots would be great for me. I put them on and loved the feel of them immediately; however, every time I walk in these boots the zippers clang together loudly! So loud in fact that walking down the hall at work people make comments about it. This has caused me not to wear them as much I would have, especially since I spent good money on them and this is a serious design flaw. It makes me sad actually.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Great shoes but big calf’s

Not Narrow Calf

I have a narrow calf and have been searching for a pair of tall boots to fit my leg without a gaping leg. I ordered the narrow calf in my normal size of 8 1/2. The length was fine to fit my foot but the shaft is definitely not narrow. Disappointing since the boots are beautiful. This pair in 8 1/2 has a 15” shaft.

Great boot, weirdly too tall for my leg.

I loved the feel of the foot part in the boots. However, they were strange in the calf, either too big in wide or too small in Med. I also thought these were a bit too tall for my leg at 5'5" also stiff in the shaft. Wanted to love them but had to return 2 different pairs.

But the extra wide calf part was, well, extra wide. Usually my extra wide calves don't fit into anything but they actually fit these and they were actually too big! So I returned it and went with another boot. Next time I will try the "regular" wide calf ones and see if they fit!
