Gorgeous Boot

What a Gorgeous Red Boot!!! Perfect Fit. Perfect Color. Perfect Heel Height. But I could NOT believe the pair I received from an online order had a missing heel tap and nonslip pads glued to the bottom soles of the boots… Obviously worn and returned. Who would return such shoes like that??!! And How did quality control not look them over before they were sent to another customer??! I’m grateful that when I called customer service, Drake assisted me with a replacement pair… Glad that they had my size available…Hopefully a brand new pair will arrive …

Absolutely love this boot. Upgrades any outfit and looks sexy as hell. Even thought heel looks a little high, they were extremely easy to walk in and comfortable. Great buy!

Nice boots but they are so slippery l had to put a safe step sole pad and they also run a little big, also the hill is not that sturdy, you need to be careful when you walk. I wish the hill was a little bet thicker. But they are comfortable and look sexy

Disgusting

I purchased these online for a Christmas present and when I received them they were worn. I was really bothered by that. The boxed was ripped the shoes were scratched up on the tip. The shoes didn't have any paper in it to keep the shape. I went to returned them and the women gave me a refund then she was told that she should have given me a store credit. Because they were worn and they sent them to me like that. I'm not purchasing online delivery anymore. Only In store pick up so I can see what I'm getting
