Good insole just sized weird

These insoles are actually really pretty good. Could do without the raised area under the arch area but not a deal breaker. So… there is one odd thing. The size I bought was supposed to fit up to 10.5. Both insoles arrived and they are short by about half inch for a 10.5 shoe. Just have to order next size up and cut to fit. Would have been nice to just pop them in and go but not a huge deal other than having to wait for the reorder to get here with the next size up.

My kid here have not complaining anything about the shoes insoles. So I was thinking it's was supposed to be comfortable for his foot .
