Confused & Annoyed

Had a 9 arrive when ordered a 12, figured I clicked the wrong number at check out due to buying multiple pairs in an assortment of colors. Re-ordered and a 9 arrived for in store pick up. The store manager assumes Hey Dude mis-marked the shoes and boxes. Wish I could find these in a 12 for my husband.

I would never buy them again

The first flip flops I bought I love and wore until they fell apart. These are not extremely heavy but more than I expected and they are more narrow. Very uncomfortable to me
