Comfort and arch support missing

Bought this shoe for my daughter recently. The navy & colors were nice and still a non-showing stain shoe. We were both disappointed when it arrived in our online order. There is virtually no arch support. It just wasn't a comfortable everyday or running shoe. We were disappointed in this new-to-us brand.

No, I do not recommend this product.
