They’re GREAT!

I have purchased this brand in the past and found that I can’t go wrong buying another boot made by this particular designer. This company provides a quality product at a fair price. Add DSW’s perks and you can get a super great deal! My latest pair of boots fit just as I had anticipated. (I ordered them online and was unable to try them on before purchasing.) Their fit is true to size, quality is consistent, and they are very comfortable. I would highly recommend these boots - and I am not only hard to fit, I can also be hard to please. 😉 Great quality, great design, great fit, great price! All in all, a GREAT deal for LEATHER boots. I am quite happy with this purchase and have received several compliments on the aesthetics of the boots. I highly recommend them and guarantee that you will also become a fan of the Franco Sarto brand.

Missing Shoes

Ordered these in September and they never arrived. FedEx apparently changed the shipping address and it’s super difficult to file a report with them so now I neither have the money I paid for the boots or the boots themselves. Really disappointed as I was excited about the boots. The whole experience has made me not want to shop at DSW or use FedEx.

Good replacement, and I’m picky.

I bought these to replace a beloved pair of Born riding boots I had completely worn out. These are a good buy. The color is less orange and more on the brown side of cognac. The height does hit higher at the knee, but it is by no means uncomfortable. I broke them in with one wear and am satisfied with this purchase!

Not quite right

The brown leather is a beautiful color. The boots arrived in a relatively small box which created some odd wrinkles. Where the leather ends by the zipper, the leather looks unfinished and slightly uneven. The boots were uncomfortable even when standing still for 2 minutes. These are going back.
