Classic Shoe
Overall, a solid shoe that is always in style. My only complaint is that the piece on the shoe that holds the strap needs to be closer to the buckle. I have to push the strap back in when I wear them.

I love the look and heel height, but they were too tight in the toe box for me. I returned them.

Like a Flip Flop
This sling black fits snugly when buckled, however, when I walk, it flaps on my foot like a flip flop would. Just won’t work for me.

Classic shoe
Perfect height and classic style. Too high would be uncomfortable and lower would be casual. It is a bit noisy tho. I haven't worn for a long time but its comfortable when I tried on. Planning to wear it to a brunch banquet.

Too Tight
I love the look of these but they are too tight in the toe box for me and the front doesn’t cover my “toe lines” completely. I am returning them

Good Looking!
This is a very comfortable shoe, good looking, and goes with skirts or pants. The reason I did not give it 5 stars is because they squeak unless I wear stockings. No bare feet.

Fantastic Pump for Every Occasion
I'm usually skeptical of snip-toed block heeled pumps, as they just seem chunky and not very feminine. These were a very pleasant surprise...they look great and feel great! Soft leather uppers, block heels and great support made these very walkable and comfortable enough to be in all day and night. I will definitely be buying more of these!

Perfect Everyday Pump
Bought this to wear to work and after hours for those long days where both run together. Very comfortable right out of the box, no adjustments needed. Sizing is true-to-size and true-to-width for a hard-to-find 13. These definitely fit the bill, thanks DSW for the fast shipping.

Great Pump
Perfect classic sling back pump. Heel height is perfect with dresses or pants. I wore to a function & was impressed that the shoes were quite comfortable for a dress pump.

Nice Leather Pump
I ordered these pumps in black expecting to wear them to an event. Order indicated I qualified for the 2 day shipping I have come to expect. It took 10 days via FedEx to receive them, not in time for my event. So far, I have only tried them on a couple of times in the house. They are a bit tight. I have decided to keep them, hoping the leather will stretch some. They are attractive, well made and the type of shoe I wanted. I would not have purchased them if I had been able to try them on in a store.

Love this Franco Sarto pump
This Franco Sarto pump did not disappoint ! Put them on out of the box & the 9.5 size fit perfectly. Very Comfortable, great design, & premium leather inside & out. I had a Franco Sarto pump years ago that I wore a lot & loved them for the quality workmanship & comfort. This update in a pump is just fantastic for me. I was very pleased with the price point on this shoe at DSW, and my first time experience w DSW was excellent.

Low heel
I bought this a few weeks ago and wore it a few times. Very comfortable, stylish and the block low heel made it easy to walk in. Love this.
