Comfortable Shoes Bad Quality

These shoes are actually very comfortable, but the quality is terrible. I wore them once and the toes were already scuffed. I needed them for an event and didn’t have time to get another pair, so I had no choice but to wear them. Otherwise, I definitely would have returned them. And honestly, this keeps happening with DSW lately. They send shoes that look like they’ve already been worn, with scratches and scuffs, and then I have to waste my time returning them. If I’m paying for new shoes, I expect to receive new shoes. Very disappointing.
