The shoes look exactly as pictured. Because they look narrow, I went with a 10 which is usually more than enough room in the width and length. I should have gone with a 10 wide for extra room. These are good for the office, or quick outings. I wouldn't wear these for a long period of time if your feet swell. They do have good cushion which is great!
