The Wide Is Not Wide
I ordered the wide and they are so narrow. I don't live near a DSW and so kept them. I wish I had returned them. So much money for an uncomfortable shoe.

Bought in Two Colors
I bought these in white a couple years ago and liked them so much I ended up buying them in brown too. So far they’ve both held up for me! They are a bit narrow and the sizing doesn’t seem to be consistent - I had the white pair in 9 but strangely in the brown I had to size up to 9.5. Overall they’ve been a great shoe for me!

I bought a 6 and exchanged for 6.5 and still teh band at the toe is super tight

Cute concept bad design
I bought the rainbow pair. They're very cute but I found it silly there was a loop to thread a velcro strap through. The velcro kept getting stuck before I could properly secure the strap. Ordered online. My box was missing the top. These aren't the type of shoes I'd wear everyday so they'd just collect dust without the top. I ultimately returned them because of the strap.

Heel Quality Is TERRIBLE.
I was SO excited to get these shoes. When I put them on for the first time, I was in love. Beautiful design detail, soft yet vibrant color, and they looked great on my feet. I live in the city and met up with a friend to take a casual weekend walk and wore these for the first time. I did not even make it around the block before the heel snapped in half. I am so happy I did not break my ankle. This is the 3rd pair of Franco Sarto shoes that broke in the heel. It’s a shame because the styles are chic and easy to wear but I have given up with this brand.

Warning!! Fails apart after a few normal wears.
I bought the black and cognac pairs last year and would have bought all the colors. They are cute and comfortable and look good with jeans, shorts, and dresses.......but the bottom separated after two normal wears for the cognac pair. I paid $115 for the shoes and then paid another $25 to have them repaired. Now the black pair are doing the same thing. You would think for the shoe's price point that they would be made better. Shame on you Franco Sarto. :( DSW you should stop carrying this sandal because you are going to have A LOT of disappointed shoppers.

Cute But Not As Comfy As i Wanted
Looks as pictured on site and the perfect height. The strap around the ankle is rigid and not very comfortable. I wanted these to be walking shoes but I think these are more for sitting and looking cute shoes. So I’m wearing them to brunch, not the museum.

Rainbow Raffia
I ordered the Rainbow Raffia and couldn’t be happier! I am pleasantly surprised by how much more vibrant the colors are in person, and the heel is just the right height. I usually wear 8 1/2 or 9, and the size 9 fits perfect, so maybe size up if you’re in between. I can’t speak to comfort as I haven’t been able to wear them yet but hoping they do not disappoint!

Not the most comfortable
Very cute but runs small. The wide could be wider but fit well enough that I’ll keep them. I wouldn’t want to walk long distances in them.

Shoes broke after 4th use
I thought I would be luckier than other reviewers and get a pair that would not rip apart. I was wrong. The shoes fell apart (rope and sole ripped off the base) after 4 wears. Mind you, I was not waking extensively in these shoes at all-- getting into an uber, eating brunch at a restaurant, and ubering back home--walking at most 2 blocks. I nearly faceplanted on the sidewalk when it happened. Don't be like me and think you'll be one of the lucky ones! These are poorly made shoes!

Love But Disappointed
I have two pair of the these sandals and love them. Ordered the green/gold snake print and received solid lime green (not as pictured). Disappointed that now I have to deal with return or exchange to get the pair I actually ordered.

Dont Waste Your Money
The sandal is not worth the $. I’ve bought 2 pairs and each one barely lasts a whole summer. The sole comes off the sandal. Don’t waste your money!

Most Comfortable Espadrille
The title says it all. I’ve never been more impressed trying on a shoe. I bought it in two colors eventually. I tried to buy a different brand but returned them for more of these.
