Received With No Shoelace

Very disappointed! Recieved package with the shoe box having no lid, torn box & one of the shoes with no shoelace. Went to DSW store to see if I could get another pair or at least a shoelace for the shoe. I was told there was no other shoe available & would have to purchase shoelaces since I didn’t buy the shoes in store! A return was done but I lost the $20 reward I had -very unsatisfied especially being a return customer of many years!
