ORDER THESE SHOES AND WAS SO EXCITED, BUT UNFORTUNATELY HAD TO SEND THEM BACK TWICE DUE TO THE FACT DSW KEPT SENDING ME SOMEONE ELSE REJECTS/RETURNS. SUCH AN DISGRACEFUF ENCOUNTER THAT I HAD TO ENDURE. THE RUDNESS FROM CUSTOMER SERVICES AND THE HARDSHIP TRYING TO GET MY FULL REFUND AND REWARDS CREDIT BACK TO MY ACCOUNT. THEY SHOULD NEVER SEND OUT DEMAGED ITEMS. THIS IS SO UNETHICAL!
