Comfortable but Shoe falls apart

I bought these for my daughter to wear to school and after just 3 months of wear the bottom sole is coming completely off of the shoe. The shoe is comfortable but the quality is not good. So disappointed in this shoe and brand.

Cute, very comfortable, stylish. Just what I was looking for to wear with fall dresses and pants. I will say, though, that they do run a size big. Normally wear 9M…had to send back for 8M which fit perfect.
