My daughter has worn these for seven days of school and the dye is staining her socks and the clasp broke on one of the shoes.

Defect or Design?

These shoes are very comfortable. I recently bought them to take on vacation with me and I am currently in the "breaking them in" stage.
The reason for the 4-star versus 5-star review is that the first pair had to be exchanged. One shoe had what appeared to be a seam at the tip of the toe, the other did not. The new pair has this same seam on both shoes, but I am still not sure if it is a defect or by design. They're not the most expensive well made shoes, but comfort tops style when you'll be walking all day for 2-weeks!

I got these slip ons in brown which is a hard color to find. This color was perfect, just what I was looking for. Great fit, extremely comfortable. Looks great with pants and maxi length skirt or dress for the perfect casual work shoe.

This Mary Jane was exactly what I was looking for... a casual, comfortable brown shoe with a hint of style to wear with dresses. Sized perfectly and although I have a slightly wider foot, the toe box is sufficiently roomy such that I did not have to order in wide.
