Worst black boots I've owned

This was a waste of money. They came scuffed and looks like someone has worn them. I got a tiny bit of water on them and now that spot is ruined. I also do not like the hump in the insole, that I guess is supposed to help the arch of the foot?? Very uncomfortable. I don't normally leave reviews, but I was expecting way better.
One shoe is scuffed on the side and the other on the tip of toes. Now the top is ruined just cause a little bit of water. I love the look of them but not the material. Is this leather?? Maybe I'm just not familiar with leather, but it got wet just a little and now looks terrible. I'm not going to go through the trouble of sending them back. I'll just use them for certain things.
I also pulled out a long hair of someone else's when pulling the packing out of the boot.
Wish I could get my money back. Worst black boots I've owned

I got these boots after trying them on, after sleeping on it I went back and got them. They can be worn all day with no issues and no breaking in period.
