Bought these for a recent trip to Italy. Only needed to pack another pair of shoes as a backup.
Walked several miles a day. No issues !! Soft and comfortable with nice support

Item Never Received

Somehow carrier never delivered a totally unrelated item and shies never received. DSW supposedly reordered but order cancelled as size no longer available. I was given reward dollars but never credited for shoes. Called again and still no credit received for original order. While they are trying to right a wrong I’m still out a lot of money. Giving it two more days and calling again.
No, I do not recommend this product.

The shoes are beautiful, but unfortunately run wide. I couldn't tighten the ankle strap tight enough and they kept slipping down my heel. I couldn't go for smaller size due to length. If you need a wider fit these would be perfect for you.

Soft, love, but strap is too long, I have to get a size down. I have very wide toe box, and it fit nicely, but I can’t secure the strap on heel tight enough.

Too wide

I really wanted these to work. They are cute and confortable. Unfortuneatly, they are too wide for my narrow foot. The straps on the top are not adjustable and my foot slides around.
