Cute But Didn’t Fit Me
I normally wear a 7.5 and have a narrow foot. These were too long for me and I worried if I sized down they would be too narrow even for me. The boots are comfortable and I like how the silver is matte and the heel is nice.

Wrong Size
I love the boot but I order a 9.5 and the box says 9.5 but the boot says 9. Very disappointed. 😕

Good value and comfortable

Style and Comfort
Sleek design and comfortable for standing most of the day. Great for casual work attire or a night on the town. The only thing I don’t care for is the seem on the top rim rubs my skin when wearing ankle socks. It’s a non-issue though when wearing with taller socks or over leggings/skinny jeans.

My booties are cuties!
My foot has a rakish arch is wide in the front and narrow in the back. I have to have a bit of a heel. This boot in the average width, fits me beautifully, and the heel is a great height. It is a fun booty for the western look without the pointy toes!

Package Not Delivered
DSW customer service agent told me to file a dispute with my financial institution, instead of reshipping the missing package. When I did, DSW fought it and denied it. SCAM and extremely poor customer service. I have been a customer for over 15 years.

Love The Style!
Beautiful boot but the top part of the boot go into my leg above the ankle. Other than that these are comfy boots & price can’t be beat!

Comfy, classy
Quite comfortable, although these shoes run a bit wide. I think some thicker socks may help. They are roomy enough in the upper part not to chafey legs.
