I was hesitant in purchasing this Dr Marten Leona in the taupe color, but I think the color is just what I imagined. I didn't want an off-white or bright white. I think this pair had a "bone" color in the past that was compared to ivory or cream color, which I think would've looked nice too. In all, I decided on the taupe one bc I couldn't pass up DSW's awesome deal. Wished I waited to purchase the black & brown pair from DSW instead. Regrets! This is my 3rd pair of Leona boots though. I love this one in particular. Don't skip out!

I just purchased these on sale and they are better than expected. These are my 2nd pair of doc martens and I don’t feel these will need as much breaking in as my other pair. I love the heel and the color. I’ll write another review once I’ve worn them a few times.

These boots are must completely different from the original way more comfortable I have spent 8+ hours in them and they do not hurt my feet. You do have to wear boots socks with them. They are so comfortable so stylish and I love that I can get a little bit more height in them.
