Holy Uncomfortable!!

These are so uncomfortable. I read all the reviews & understood there would be a breaking in period. There was no breaking period with these. My toes went numb after wearing them for an hour. Returning them was even worse so beware with returning thru the mail. Received an email on 12/15 that my return was received & I would get my refund within 7-10 business days. I had to send them an email on 1/2 asking why I hadn’t gotten my refund yet. Now I got another email saying they received my return..again? It shows pending in my account but not available until 1/13 AFTER I got a reply back on 1/2 saying it would be available within 24-48 hrs. Will probably not order from them again since I don’t have a way of doing an in person return.

break in!

the boot runs true to size in length but it took some breaking in for the top and width, whew!!!!! it was tough your gonna need and blow dryer, thick socks(used hubbys work socks) and patience. used the blow dryer inside the show quickly slipped it on and walked in them repeated several times until comfortable. Was it worth it, yes they are so nice and bright, love them! Good luck!
