Poor quality control for e-commerce

Item arrived in broken box like it was returned item/resold. Also, web pictures did not match with actual item. At the end, I ended up paying for return shipping for nothing. Poor quality control for e-commerce.

Great Shoes

I bought these for my husband and he loves them. He had been looking for a nice pair of brown shoes for a while. The only thing he was slightly disappointed about was they’re not real leather. That was my fault though because I completely missed that when I ordered them.
