    Bad Packaging And Damged Shoes

    I received shoes all smashed up in a box. One of the shoes is heavily scratched. The shoes are cute and seem comfortable, but they are not in good shape. I have been ordering shoes online from DSW for 10+ years, and I’ve never had this problem.

    Comfy but Wide/Big

    These do indeed run wide and long. I ordered 1/2 size up and shouldn't have so I returned them and re-ordered them in my usual size. There is a high return ratio on these clogs so beware, mine arrived worn and the stitching was broken. DSW took them back without any issue, of course.
