Recently purchased these shoes in 3 colors. Two out of the three were received in good condition. I will be exchanging the beige due to the fact that they came in half a box and looked worn and creased! Other than that, these shoes are very cute, comfortable and roomy. Easy on and off. I did scotch guard them before wearing. I am a size 8 and purchased an 8. They fit true to size.
