    Amazing Customer Service!

    Amazing customer service after wrong size was sent. The order was filled by my local store after ordering from dsw.com so it’s definitely the fault of someone just not paying attention at Friendly Center DSW in Greensboro NC. I ordered a women’s 7/mens 5 and they sent a women’s 5/mens 3 so just not paying attention to the details. I emailed DSW that this had occurred and they were Amazing and got me the correct shoe very quickly with no questions asked. I emailed and next thing I knew I had an email stating the correct shoe was on the way! I am super impressed! New shoes came quickly and they are super cute:)

    Sent The Wrong Size AGAIN

    I don’t wrote bad reviews. However, this is just ridiculous. I’ve been sent the wrong size again. I spoke with customer service once and reordered because it would get here by Christmas. IT DID NOT AND I PAID EXTRA. And for a second time I was sent the wrong size. So still NO GIFT for my niece.

    No, I do not recommend this product.
