The perfect hiking boot!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love Columbia boots for hiking, I always order size 8 wide and they are comfortable right out of the box. However these fit different, they feel loose on my feet even with two pair of socks so I’m not satisfied this time.

Comfortable from the gitgo

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I took these boots out of the box, put them on my feet, and took the dogs outside for a typical day of hiking around variable terrain (fields, rocks, wetlands, woods) on 40 acres, tending to the berries, orchards and sapling trees planted in tree tubes, and digging holes for new ones. When I came back in after several hours I literally forgot to take these boots off they were so comfortable. True to size for my narrow-ish 8.5 feet with slouch socks, no sweating inside the boot, and at least so far resistant to water. I am amazed. Amazed.

Quite comfortable. I haven’t worn them hiking yet but walking around the house they feel great. I ordered a 1/2 size up to account for my thick hiking socks and that fits perfect.
