Very Uncomfortable for such a well known brand

I have purchased and loved many pairs of Cole Haan shoes but this is the exception. My previous black shoes were ten years old and too small. I needed these for a funeral and a graduation ceremony. They felt great in the store, but by the time I walked from the car to the church for the funeral, I was very much regretting this purchase. Since graduation was a few days later, I did not have time to return to DSW and had to wear them again. Never have I known a pair of Cole Haan shoes to be uncomfortable.

Love these pumps. I was looking for a shoe that would work with all my dressy outfits and this is it. They're very classy & leather which I need. These will never go out of style. I'll probably get other colors as well.

Nice Shoe

I like the shoes, has a classy look to them. I like the heel, very comfortable. The width across the toe is a bit tight but that could just be my feet. I saw the same shoes in another store less expensive w/o a sale but I had already worn them. Oh well, that’s life! It’s a nice shoe.

These are already a favorite go to pair of shoes. Easy to wear and can go dressier or more casual. Medium heel makes them sexy-sensible and they are reasonably priced.

Comfortable For A Higher Heel

Wow, impressed! Comfortable for a higher heel. Classic look that can go with any outfit. I am normally a 9.5. In this shoe, a 9.5 fit perfect. Love the thicker heel for those of us that need a little extra standing support.

Creasing - Poor Quality Leather

It’s a beautiful style; I’ve owned many black pumps just like this (by various brands) in the past, and I’ve never had one where the leather creases SO BADLY at the flex point near the toe. Just a try-on and a quick spin around the living room left such terrible creases, I’m not sure DSW is going to accept the return.
