Absolutely Unacceptable Used Pair

I received my shoes today, all scratched, scuffed up, with obvious toe prints in them and fraying insoles. Just absolutely unacceptable condition. The box was damaged from being shipped in a SOFT SHIPPING BAG. Just absolutely insane. I needed these for a military event and I’m so beyond annoyed at the quality, the order processing time and the inconvenience it will be to return these. I can confidently say I will never shop with DSW again.
