Disappointed

Cute shoes and comfy in all ways but one (for me). The top back edge of the heel is made of material that chafes my top ankle to the point of near tears. I wanted to love them so I tried all kinds of fixes but none worked. Since I've worn them several times, can't return but would if I could.

I was looking for a navy suede flat and these fit the bill. I usually wear a 9M but had to exchange for the wide width. Looks great with jeans.

I really liked these shoes. I ordered them in my regular size 10 wide. To my surprise they were way too big even with socks on! I would have needed to go down at least a 1/2 size for these to fit.

I bought these shoes about three weeks ago and I really love them! They are super comfortable and can be worn for hours without any issues. I’d get them in other colors if they are available. Really popular blue shade that matches a lot of my clothes.
