Be careful
I ordered this item after seeing so many reviews about being comfortable however DSW sent me an used one which i could make out as soon as I opened the box to try them on. While the brand and shoe is comfortable this is going back as i did not pay for used Pump.

Comfortable, sturdy, and classy
Comfortable, sturdy, and classy. True to size. Due to flat footedness, I am either a 8.5M or W OR a 9M. This in 8.5M fits like a charm.

Low heel, comfortable, doesn't look frumpy. Some reviews say to size down a bit but I think this is within normal range - at most I would go down 0.5.

Great for the office
Classic look and comfortable. Great for the office. The size is a little goofy. I am a size 6.5 and I got this shoes in a size 6 and still need to get cushions for the heels as they slightly come off.
