I've been wearing these fairly regularly for the past several months. They are comfortable through an entire work day. Disclosure: I sit a lot for work. But they're comfortable enough to still walk around a grocery store before coming home from work.

I normally wear an 8.5 medium but I just found out that I have bunions which explains why I've been having such a difficult time finding shoes that don't hurt. I was informed that I should try an 8.5 wide shoe as that may alleviate the pain. So I ordered this shoe in the 8.5 wide not expecting much and was pleasantly surprised as to how comfortable these shoes are on my feet right out of the box. I didn't feel like I had to break them in probably because the toe box is now wide enough for me and there's adequate cushioning on the bottom. Also, I love love love that Velcro strap! So much easier to navigate. This was my first pair of Clarks shoes and it definitely won't be my last.

I bought these for a 50th year class reunion and found them to be very comfortable for standing several hours. Wore them with a wide pant leg, also looks nice with a dress and tights.

I just received my Emily 2 Pumps + ordered because of the reviews. I wear a shoe between 8.5 + 9 + I’m between 2 widths. I also have had 10 spinal fusions which makes a comfortable shoe extremely important. So it’s difficult to decide what to order I ordered the 8.5 medium width. For the short time I had them on - they seemed comfortable. BUT . . . I only had the shoes on a few minutes when I noticed the inner shoe cushion shows when I looked in the mirror. I usually wear black stockings or socks when dressing up or down. My photo shows how strange it looks + I can’t live with it. So, after ordering numerous shoes > unfortunately none fit or were not comfortable - These also must be returned.
