Rubs too much at big toe and outside of ankle bones leaving the skin raw

Really surprised they don’t sell half sizes Sort of between sizes and its just Not right….. also…. Not the easiest To put on

Hey, 👋 I’m a believer in a sweet beloved pair of Chacos, so when the company veered away from Vibram soles, I was really hurt, deep down. I mean all the way to the zorro branding on the tops of my feets (Chaco lines). Then recently, I hear they’re back on the River pro models- Whiuuut the wooot wooot!!!! So yeah, I got em, and yeah, I luuuv em.

Coming from a 2008 pair of Z/2’s, which I loved and lasted forever, these sandals are so comfortable. I love the extra grip of the new Vibram soles.

Heard good things about Chacos - decided to try them. They are awful in every way - straps that dangle and rub, blister-inducing sole, and the straps are routed through the sole - so dirt gets trapped in there and they smell horrible after wearing a few times. Chacos has a guide to cleaning your sandals by “flossing” them. I paid a lot for these sandals and I now have to deep clean them after every use!!?? Avoid like the plague.
