    This was a Christmas gift for my husband and after trying so many other boots, this were the winners. Comfortable, fit and look great!

    These shoes are not steel toe. I ordered one pair and they arrived and all the numbers matched along with the numbers that are online, but I thought it could've been a mistake so I contacted customer service to have a second pair sent out. The second pair that was sent out was not still steel-toe either. So I asked to return them and let them know that their website is wrong about them being steel-toed boots.

    Poor customer service, false advertisement

    These shoes are not steel toe. I ordered one pair and they arrived and all the numbers matched along with the numbers that are online, but I thought it could've been a mistake so I contacted customer service to have a second pair sent out. The second pair that was sent out was not still steel-toe either. So I asked to return them and let them know that their website is wrong about them being steel-toed boots. They emailed me over a shipping label and then charged me eight dollars to ship them back. They now won't respond when I asked them to reimburse me for the eight dollars because the item is not described on their website I can only have steel-toe boots, these are not steel-toe. I shouldn't have to pay for shipping for something that they have displayed wrong that I have no use for.

    No, I do not recommend this product.
