This 6-inch steel-toe boot has a FastDry lining that wicks away moisture, and a slip-resistant Rugged Flex outsole for consistent underfoot comfort. It meets ASTM 2413-18 and ASTM F2413-18 EH standards, offering secondary protection against incidental contact with electrical circuits of 18,000 volts.

    I don't know what happened other than a name change. I got a six-year-old pair and a four-year-old pair that are in better shape than the pair about 8 months ago. Flex is what they're called now. And they're definitely not as durable as the ones before. 8 months old and the sole is already separating from the boot
