I bought these for my boyfriend recently so he can be more comfortable and safe at work. I researched what boots were top sellers for being on your feet all day and these were top five. It’s only been two weeks but he liked them so far.

My husband loves the look and comfort of these boots; he is a union journeyman carpenter. What I advise is that you have your man/woman practice walking in these boots first inside as my husband wasn’t used to the higher heels (he’s worn $50 macs in the past which caused him to trip over these higher heels). I offered to return for macs, but he said I couldn’t pry the Carthartts off his feet. He loves them, but I’m worried about safety so he wears slippers downstairs and then puts these on. So - make your carpenter practice inside with not catching higher heels on steps. Then allow them to leave for work in these awesome boots!
