Stiff but nice

I bought these online for my son. It's possible that they run a little big, as I did have to return the first pair I bought and get a smaller size. For now, the ankle area seems rather loose, with some fairly significant gaps. But I suspect once the leather breaks in some, he will be able to tighten them up more. Otherwise, he likes them a lot and they look nice.
