Solid Shoe

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been really impressed with the Brooks Ghost Max 3. The cushioning is the standout feature—it feels soft without being too squishy, and it absorbs impact really well, especially on longer walks or runs. The shoe feels stable and supportive, which is great for everyday use and not just running.
What I liked most is how comfortable they are right out of the box—no real break-in period needed. The fit is roomy enough in the toe box without feeling sloppy, and the upper material feels breathable.
One thing to keep in mind: they are a bit bulkier than a traditional running shoe. I personally don’t mind the extra weight and actually like the added support, but if you’re someone who prefers a lighter, more responsive shoe, that’s something to consider before trying them.
Overall, a great option if you’re looking for maximum comfort and support, especially for longer distances or all-day wear.

They feel like I am running uphill.
I am not sure if it is way I am walking or the sole thickness. But feel like my heel sits lower than the rest of my foot.

Nice shoe. More than I'm used to paying. Good deal?

This is a beautiful shoe and was recommended by my podiatrist. I like the wide toe box and, for the most part, the cushioned sole. The construction seems to be very sturdy as well. The tongue is a bit shorter than I am used to but not uncomfortable. I am older and not a runner. I bought these for walking in and have not been disappointed though I'm not sure a more conventional shoe with a wider toe box wouldn't have been as effective.
