Poor Quality
I bought these, & the sole of the heel fell off (I was walking on plastic) after only wearing three times. This was the second pair that did this. I thought the first time was a fluke, & loved them so much, I purchased them again. DSW refused to let me return or exchange them. They said I would need to contact the Born company. I will never purchase shoes from DSW again. I think it’s terrible they refuse to stand behind the shoes they sell. When you pay over a hundred dollars for a pair of shoes, they shouldn’t fall apart after wearing three times.

Love Born shoes
These shoes are very comfortable. The suede makes it more comfortable because there is give in the width. This brand (Born) has never let me down in terms of comfort and is hard to find. My only wish would have been that the heal be a bit higher.

Very stylish
I love the color and finish on this black boot. However, the sizes seem to run a little small. I am a pretty consistent 8.5 and this size fits just a tad small. That being said, they are very stylish and look well with jeans and skirts.

Malta Bootie is great but the Malta II Bottie Best
Had I bought only these shoes, I would have given it a 5 star rating. However, I also bought the Born Malta II Bootie and it is definitely the most comfortable of the two. The Born Malta Bootie is narrower in the toe than the Born Malta II. I love both pair -- I just love the Malta II a little better.

Too narrow
Very pretty boots but unfortunately the sizing just doesn’t work for. I found a pair in my size (10) on the clearance shelf but they were too long. I ordered a 9.5 online and the length is great but the show is extremely narrow. I was swimming in the 10 and could barely get my foot inside the 9.5. The disparity in sizes was significant.
5-star boots. It marking 4-stars due to sizing disparity.

These do not disappoint
Born always has great footwear. These arrived on time, they’re soft and comfortable on your Feet. I’ve bought several pairs of born shoes in the past, and they were all comfortable of good quality and last. These pair appear not to disappoint. Dress up or down. Taking these on my trip to Europe.

Great winter bootie!
