Cute but zero comfort

I bought these 2 weeks ago. Not comfy at all… not possible to put inserts in either! No arch support, and minimal cushion at foot bed. Not. Good. At. All.
Also, walking causes a big gap at the instep area. Thats poor quality. I expected more from Born.
