Nice leather, but stiff

Perfect navy loafer

Love these shoes! Finding a navy blue loafer is so hard - this one is perfect! Normally a size 7M, purchased the 7M - fit right away, no breaking in. They are snug when first slipping them on but once on your feet, they are so comfy!

Nice Shoes, Bad Shipping

The shoes are the perfect shade of ivory, and look fantastic with the suit, and a pair of pants I have.
The size is weird though. The 8M was too small, and the 8.5M is a little too big and wide, and like another reviewer said, the heel slips even with socks.
Another issue with the pair I got from DSW is they arrived already slightly scuffed, in a beat up box, without a lid, and Christmas wrapping paper still taped to the bottom of the box. Girl. I ordered these in March, and finally got them in April.

Soft leather, comfy and timeless.

Stick with your usual size. I ordered a half size up so I could wear semi-thin socks with them, but the heel slips too much while the rest of the shoe was too tight. Without socks they fit perfectly everywhere except the heel, which of course still slips. Returned them for my usual size 7, hoping for an overall perfect fit. The shoe is exactly what I've been looking for, with soft comfortable leather and a not too chunky sole/heel. Beautiful penny loafer.

Nice shoe...heel slips off

Just received the loafers. I read the reviews and ordered a half size smaller. Really wanted to keep these...nicely made, leather uppers and waterproof, but the heel slips off when walking. The rest of the shoe fits fine. Even with trouser socks they will still slip.

I love them! Live nyc and the concrete wears holes in the soles of most shoes and i needed these for rain. Waterproof! Yea! The sole is thick and sturdy and they fit very comfortably right out of the box. Won't need to add a protective rubber sole like a Cat's Paw. Very very happy with my purchase.
