Disappointed
This was the worst package I’ve ever received from your company. The shoes were out of box and apparently were returned and then shipped to me. Just awful and now I have to find a store and return them. Just awful The Steven Madden shoes.

Way too narrow! Crushing my feet..
Looks nice but… Reviews say these run large but absolutely false. I almost thought they were women’s. I am size 13, this 13 I could barely slide my foot in. These are the most narrow, tightest shoes i’ve ever worn. Perhaps length is 13, but this is no “medium” width. My feet are being crushed.

Great Shoes, But Sizing Depends on Your Foot Width
First of all, I must say these shoes are beautiful they truly elevate your look. Regarding the sizing guide, I’ve seen many people say they run big, but that wasn’t the case for me. It really depends on your foot width. I’m normally a size 10.5 and ordered a size 11, but they were extremely tight. If you’re ordering and reading this review: if you have slim feet, order one size down. If you have wide feet, go up a full size. In my case, an 11.5 works best for my wide feet. I’m 6’1”, 225 pounds, and the shoes definitely add about 0.2 inches in height similar to Timberlands.

Stylish but heavy
Stylish and mostly comfortable for a dress shoe. The heel height is significant if you're already tall, and the weight is very heavy. Leather feels a bit stiff but hopefully will wear in over time. Usually wear 11.5-12 but ordered 11 based on other reviews.

Overall they feel good!! The sizing is true you should size down a full size. For example, I wear a 11, so I had to get a 10

Nice shoe, too big, shipped poorly
The shoes look great, but they run VERY big. I saw online that I should buy a half-size smaller, but even that's not right. I must exchange it for a whole size smaller (if they are even in stock...the website is inconsistent). I should also mention that my online order was packaged extremely poorly—the shoes were in only half of a box and then shipped it a bag, leaving the shoes to roll around unprotected during transit. I love DSW, but this experience was not it!

True About sizing Issue
Bought for my son he’s a 10.5 ordered him a 9.5 based on reviews - they fit him perfectly… gorgeous shoe just beware they run big.

average comfort, runs large
I have to exchange these and will be going in-person, because like others have mentioned, these shoes run too large. I wear 10.5 and might have to go down a full size, which is some I've only ever had to with like bowling shoes, haha. Since they're loafers, you can't tighten them up, so my heels would pop out every time I took a step. Otherwise, I really like the design, and they're decently comfortable for a dress shoe. The quality seems about what you'd expect at this price as well.

Not true to size
I haven't had a chance to enjoy wearing the shoes yet because they are extremely too large. I have returned them and ordered a pair a half size smaller. Hopefully they'll fit correctly.

Be cautious with sizing
The shoe is gorgeous but sizing is extremely off. I usually wear a 9.5 and it was way too big had to get an 8. Not sure about the reviews saying to size up
