I have been eyeing these for a while. I have one other pair, black (shine) with gold big buckle. They are very comfortable but I loves that they were a bit dressier than most. I bought there and instantly loved them! Higher platform slightly narrower but thanks to the adjustable buckles is not a problem. My only complaint is that due to no close locations near me, I had to have them delivered. The box condition was in terrible shape. The product had obviously been tried on as it was not packaged as new-at all. These were $119 shoes so I would have expected that courtesy from the store that shipped them. It unelevated that ‘new shoe’ wow feeling. Still love the shoe and they appear to be in good shape-unworn, but this would deter me from ever sending a gift through DSW. I did contact customer service and they were not too helpful. I want looking for anything, but wanted to give them a heads up to maybe just ensure the shipping stores could be more careful. A little shocked as they’re usually pretty responsive. Over great but due to the box condition, which I often keep I will give this a 4 star. It is also unfortunate that there are never any type of occasional prestigious brand coupons to use even yearly on items like this. I would certainly shop for prestigious brands more at DSW rather than try to find online, if that was an option.
