Will not last
I bought these shoes directly from Birkenstock website, expecting the same quality as their sandals which I purchased multiple times and love wearing them. The shoes, on the other hand, were nothing but a disappointment. If you expect a long lasting quality product, look elsewhere. Birkenstock failed the R&D when developing this product. I attached photos for all customers to be aware. When I approached the manufacturer for this obvious defect on their product, I was given the name and contact information of a repair shop to basically handle this on my own. There was no making right the issue. I wore these shoes no more than 10 times and they are no longer wearable. I do not recommend these shoes to anyone.
