DSW Customer care Is Awful

I ordered this shoe and received a completely different shoe and in different color. Plus, it still had security tag on it. So I had to go waste my time to the store. They had problems doing a return and what is worse, we unable to order the shoe I originally ordered. The supervisor was completely unhelpful and completely not understanding. She should not work there. Unacceptable service at both the online place and in the store.

Love the color!

I wear a size 10 so ordered my usual 41 in Birks. These were ordered online but the color is just as pictured. Since having my bunion surgeries, my feet are able to fit into these narrow footbeds. It would be nice to offer both widths though. I would say that I have an average width foot. The color is so pretty and these are comfy on.
