Great Shoes

I bought these for my husband for Christmas. He wanted a pair of supportive shoes to wear around the house when he didn’t want to wear slippers. He loves these shoes. They give great support but also allow for airflow since they’re open-toed.

I bought these for my teenage grandson for Christmas. The shoes look ok, but DSW needs to do a MUCH better job on shipping. The box looks like an elephant stomped on it. The only thing they could do to help me was have me return the shoes in the box (that is in pieces) and they'd ship me a new pair. For someone isn't able to drive at this point, that wasn't an option. This is the 3rd time I've received shoes from DSW that were either previously worn or in a box that cannot be wrapped. Come on! Do better! (Definitely not a Fed Ex issue!)

Poor Packaging

I purchased these as a Father’s Day gift to my husband and the packaging was very disappointing. The box arrived taped because it was falling apart and the inside had one crinkled piece of tissue paper with the shoes thrown in completely unbuckled. Not a great presentation for a $115 shoe that I had multiple other shoe stores I could’ve purchased it from.
