Gorgeous But Trouble With The Sizing
These shoes are gorgeous and the heel is the perfect height! However the sizing is a bit tough. I am always a size 7 in shoes across every brand and shoe type but with these shoes the straps seem to be a bit shorter than they should be. In the size 7 it shoved my foot painfully into the point of the shoe. The 7.5 is definitely more comfortable in that aspect and doesn’t do that but it’s not as secure of a fit either. I will say I have never tried this style of shoe before so I don’t know if this is typical sizing or not.

Used Shoes
Shoe is beautiful however DSW sent me a USED pair. Truly disgusting and all they offered was for me to return them and get a new pair. I would suggest getting these straight from BJ website.

Wanted To Love Them!
I thought these were so cute and so comfortable, but my heel picks up when I walk in these. I think the back strap not being adjustable and being elastic contributes. Bummed!

Heels Arrived Dirty And Used
Do not purchase online from DSW! I placed an order for these Betsey Johnson heels for my wedding and they arrived used and dirty inside the sole and on the bottom and heel. I reached out to customer service who apologized and sent me a replacement pair. To my dismay, the replacement pair also arrived clearly worn, scuffed and used! I was literally shocked. So disappointed as this put me in a huge time crunch for my wedding and was such a stressful inconvenience. Upon reaching out to DSW to inform them of their second mistake, all they were able to offer me was a third replacement heel. Nope! Please take your money and business to Nordstrom or Bloomingdale’s where your time is valued and the quality of their products is guaranteed.

Too Short And Too Narrow
I love shoes by Betsy Johnson. I own 3 pair which fit well and are comfortable. I was very disappointed with the fit of this shoe and had to return. It was too short and too narrow.

These are soooo cute!
When I was trying them on instore 2 ladies complimented the red ones on me! I had to buy them, they are very comfortable, fit fairly true to size. I wish they were more of a kitten heel, but I’ll adapt. Still very comfy for a slightly higher heel. And with the sale price, I couldn’t go wrong!

Slow Delivery
I ordered these shoes on 06/27 and they have not arrived as of 7/5. I needed the shoes for an event on 7/7 and the tracking states they will arrive on 7/8. Very disappointed in DSW mail delivery service.
