These shoes were very uncomfortable. I only tried them on (didn’t wear them) but it’s enough to know. There’s an odd hump in the middle of the shoe (not the arch, closer to the ball). I wasn’t going to bother with a poor review until I was charged $8.50 to return them. So disappointing. I figured I could help someone from making the same mistake.

I got the blush color. I bought two sizes after reading the reviews. Unfortunately, the pair that fit were used. I will be returning them. Overall comment is the sandals are beautiful and well made.

Very disappointed. I purchased these shoes and first off they came in a box with no lid. They were not wrapped nice and neat like a new pair of shoes. They show the wear of someone else. For the money I paid they are not even comfortable. I’m a loyal and frequent customer of DSW and I have never been so upset.

I’ll start by saying I did not keep these shoes, but only because the color clashed with the gown I’m wearing for my son’s wedding. They were perfect in every other way. I can see why some people find them narrow. They are. I have so much trouble locating shoes like this, so it’s a refreshing find for me. Clearly made well and stylish. Bummed about the mismatch in color.

This is a very nice, good quality sandal. The height is just perfect, IMO. The leather is soft. The look is lovely. Where it failed for me is it was too wide. I have a narrow-ish foot, but I ordinarily do not purchase narrow width shoes. I can usually get by in enclosed shoes, well enough, but sandals are a different story. Where my foot is not very narrow width-wise, my foot lacks volume overall. The straps on sandals are usually just too thin and don't cover enough real estate to keep my foot secure, thus my foot slides forward and side to side. I was hoping since this sandal had more coverage it would hold my foot in better. I am so sad this didn't work, as it's hard to find a navy or a nude sandal of quality in this heel height. If you have average to wide feet, this should fit you well, and I wouldn't hesitate to get it. The issue I have is personal and not the sandal's fault, so I gave it three stars. I hope this review helps someone make a choice.
