    Pretty but Poorly Made

    These are very pretty but the heel was separating on each sandal. I’m not sure if this was because I ordered directly online and they were shipped by DSW Returns. I received updates on this shipment from DSW Returns, and when they arrived I felt I knew why. See pics. Hoping this isn’t a new DSW process whereby they ship you what they have in returns first.

    No, I do not recommend this product.
