Really poor shape

I saw these boots in store and they didnt have my size so I ordered them online. I know they were on sale but I didnt realize they'd be in poor shape. The shoes were thrown in a box and the material got all bent up and they look cheap. The back of the heel is all scraped up. I didnt realize them being on sale meant them being in such poor shape. They should definitely be inspecting the shoes that are being shipped out and if they are the poor of shape I would've preferred my order been canceled and tell me theyre out of stock. The ones in the store looked prefect they just didn't have my size at the time.

Not impressed with the quality control

These boots caught my eye in store because of the calf and footbed width inclusivity (came in wide sizes). Usually, boot options are limited for those of us who don’t fit the “standard” size. However, my size (9w, wide calf) in the black boots was unavailable in store. When my order arrived, I opened the box to find the boots lazily tossed in there. The right boot, particularly, had noticeable scuffing—which leads me to believe these boots were worn and then returned. I loved them on in store, but what arrived on my doorstep left a lot to be desired. I’m wondering if I should even bother reordering or just return the boots and get my money back. Customers shouldn’t be punished when they can’t find their proper sizing in store. Buyer beware.

Great boot for different looks!

Exchanged a pair of Kelly & Katie boots for these. The top part of this boot is much softer and not as wide so they hug the leg better. The fit is also much more comfortable in my opinion.
