I bought these on sale at the end of last season. I love the look, color, and fit - nice soft leather and low heel height, riding boot style, which is just what I wanted. But having the zipper on the outside is extremely awkward and makes them hard to get on. And, as others also noted, the zipper pulls broke after a short time. I replaced them with sturdier replacement pulls from Amazon, but this wasn’t ideal. I just bought this year’s Crosley boot, which seems identical except the zipper, thankfully, is on the inside.

Good Fit Booties
Things I look for in shoes-number one is comfort. Price and style don’t even come into consideration if they aren’t comfortable. Feet are not pointy so I don’t try to put pointy shoes on non-pointy feet. I got these on sale so that was a bonus. The style with the zipper makes it easy to put on and take off without being too wide at the top. I have enough space to use an insert for a little more padding on the inner sole. Overall these are a plus.

Almost Perfect
I bought a month ago. Beautiful rich color. Comfortable right out of the box. I wear them almost every day. BUT today the little tassel pull on the right boot fell completely off. Lucky I noticed & found it under my desk at work. Hoping my husband can put it back on. I still love them though! Wish I had black ones.

Love these
I love the natural color, the casual look, the minimal heel and the comfort. Runs pretty true to size. Can wear them all day while on my feet and don’t have any complaints. Would definitely purchase again.

Scratches On Shoe
I returned the 12/28 online order that I received on 1/3 that had scratched on the boot. 1/5 per Kia @ the Arlington store will send me the exchanged boot via FedEx. Kia did not mention that I would be charged $8.50 for shipping. Lesson learned not to do that type of transaction with DSW! The store should not have sent out a below sub par product for $106.74! Worst experience!

Great boots, poor packing
I bought these about a month ago. They are good quality, and very comfortable right out of the box. Fits true to size. This brand gas proven very durable over the years. The color is accurate. There were two scratches on the top of the right boot, and that was disappointing. I rubbed them out mostly but packets need to trim their nails or something. There should not have been scratches.

Did not meet expectations
I wore them for my first time yesterday and the leather pulls on the side ripped off. They seam like they will look ok but really annoying that they broke almost immediately.

Great little boot!

Great Quality, Comfortable Fit
I’m super picky to comfort of shoes and these are great. High quality leather, casual look, and have a flat heel allow for comfort. I’ve enjoyed wearing. They are not too tight in toe box and have enough support for arches.
