Do Not Buy

The ankle is so tight that is so difficult to get your foot in. It is a plastic like material that does not give and hurts your ankle. I have another pair of bare traps from a few years ago and love them, but these are terrible.

Winter Boots for Mild Winters

I'd recommend thicker socks for these boots as previous reviewers have mentioned the ankle bone discomfort. Ignoring that one point, these boots are overall comfortable and are suitable for mild winters only.

Uncomfortable

I don't know why it seems like I'm the only bad review. These shoes are hitting my outside ankle bone and very painful. I also feel like they have no support, my feet hurt after just 30 min of wear. I have always loved Baretraps in the past but these are a huge disappointment. I wore them around in hopes of breaking them in and now I can't return them. And they have not gotten any better.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The fit and design is great. I am replacing two older pairs that are similar but not the same that I have worn and loved for over 8years. I am hoping these are just as good. I wish they had a couple other color options chestnut, grey in my size at the time of ordering.
